The planning process took three staff meetings and included a considerable level of the children’s involvement. This was to bring out a kind celebration that they would love, in their own way.
Objectives
• To help the children reflect on their lives in the past one year and glorify the Lord.
• To strengthen our partnership with the government
We did not select the children to come but we invited a number of children from the local community to this children’s day.
We lined the following activities in line with the celebration: Choirs, Poems, Praise, Songs, Football and other games, Sermon, speeches and lunch.
